Bodegas Dios Baco Amontillado
Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Legendre Herbsaint
Orange bitters
Essential lemon oil
Brandied cherry

Build
Fill coupe with ice
Fill glass half way with Legendre Herbsaint
Swirl to coat glass

In a separate glass combine
2 oz. Pendelton Canadian whisky
0.5 oz. Bodegas Dios Baco Amontillado
0.25 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
Dash orange bitters

Add ice and stir
Discard rinse from coupe
Strain into chilled Legendre Herbsaint rinsed coupe

Garnish
Essential lemon oil
Garnished w brandied cherry
