Ingredients
Chinaco reposado tequilla
Freshly squeezed watermelon juice
Ancho Reyes liquer
Del Maguey Vida mezcal
Fresh lime juice
Fresh ginger
Ginger beer

Build
Muddle 2 slices of fresh ginger with 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes
1.5 oz. of Chinaco reposado tequilla
1.25 oz. of Del Maguey Vida mezcal
1 oz. of watermelon juice and 0.25 oz. lime juice

Shake with ice
Strain into a cocktail coupe
Top with 1 to 2 oz. of ginger beer

Garnish
Fresh pineapple leaves skewered with a fresh back fig
Drop a few leaves of fresh thyme on the surface of the cocktail
