Build
Fill glass with 1 egg yolk
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.75 oz. pineapple syrup
0.50 oz. mango demerara
2 oz. jalapeno infused Corazon Blanco

Shake
Strain into glass
Top with crushed ice

Garnish
Ground cinnamon
Orange peel (expressed & inserted)
