The bar industry is constantly in flux. Trends change, people move. So it’s quite possible that by the time you view some of these videos, the bartenders may have moved on. Such is life. I’ll try to notate when possible.

Also a side note, not all of these participants are able to shoot at their respective places of employment. Getting these folks up by 12pm is a challenge enough! So from time to time you may see people crafting their cocktails in random locations…we just need to deal.
