Ramos Gin Fizz

Collins glass
Shaker / Pint glass

Ingredients
Beefeater gin
Lime juice
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Orange flower water
Egg
Heavy cream
Soda water

Build
0.50 oz. lime juice
0.50 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
and 2 oz. Beefeater gin into one glass
Add egg white
1 oz. heavy cream and 4 drops
orange flower water into the other glass

Combine glasses and add ice

Shake rigorously (at least 3 minutes)
Slowly strain into Collins glass, filled one quarter with soda water
