Ingredients
Egg
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Orangepeel
Averna
Old Fashioned Bitters
Plymouth gin

Build
Add one egg white into pint glass
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.75 oz. simple syrup
0.50 oz. ounce Averna
2 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters
1.5 oz. Plymouth gin

Dry shake
Add ice and shake again
Strain into coupe

Garnish
Squeeze orange peel to release oils and place in glass
